- Local area network (LAN) connection to multiple products. For customers with many products at one location, a single Axeda Agent acts as a gateway to connect multiple products simultaneously.
- Running on your product . Axeda Agents run as a service on Windows, or as a background process on Linux, Unix or other 32-bit operating systems.
- Embedded in device controller. Axeda Agent Embedded software libraries are used inside any product with an 8, 16, or 32-bit processor, linked directly into the control processor.
- Retrofit using external hardware. If your product cannot be modified, Axeda Agent software runs on an external computer attached to the product.
Once connected, a comprehensive library of customizable drivers, industry-standard protocols, and powerful scripting make it easy to get just the data you need from your product.
