Axeda Selected by Association for Services Management International Chicago Chapter to Present Device Relationship Management

Educational Session on "DRM: Accelerating Service and Support" to be held today

MANSFIELD, MA -- May 6, 2003 - Axeda Systems Inc. AFSMI is one of the oldest professional associations dedicated to the after-sales product support and service industry. The meetings will be held from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. today, May 6, 2003 in Elgin, IL. The interactive session will feature Axeda's presentation "DRM: Accelerating Service and Support" along with an overview of Device Relationship Management, how it delivers business value, and why Global 2000 industry leaders are choosing to deploy DRM to revolutionize their service offerings.
