Axeda to Present at the Frost & Sullivan Medical Device Summit

Mansfield, Mass -- March 8, 2004 - Axeda Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: XEDA), the world's leading provider of device relationship management (DRM) enterprise software and services, announced today that it will lead an executive roundtable discussion at the Frost & Sullivan Medical Device Executive Summit in San Francisco, CA on Wednesday, March 24, 2004. Frost & Sullivan is the world's premier healthcare and life sciences consulting firm and in their ninth year of hosting the Summit.

The roundtable discussion will focus on the strategic deployment of Internet based remote diagnostics technology and how medical device manufacturers can benefit from this technology to gain a competitive advantage. It will also address how solutions such as the Axeda DRM(TM) system are securely deployed in hospitals and labs to assist with compliance of 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA regulations.
