Axeda Systems Announces Enhanced DRM Customer Care Program

Mansfield, Mass -- March 17, 2004 - Axeda Systems Inc. With over three years of experience in deploying DRM solutions, Axeda has created a set of best practices that ensure a rapid and successful deployment. The customer care program has been enhanced to include a customer care team for each customer that utilizes these best practices to accelerate deployment to more devices, product lines and geographies.

Axeda launched the first phase of the DRM Customer Care Program last fall with its inaugural DRM Leadership Forum. The purpose of this forum was to assemble Axeda's community of thought leaders and provide them an environment where they could discuss best practices with other Axeda customers and members of the Axeda team. Executives from key customer accounts provided valuable feedback on their DRM deployments and the company's product roadmap.
