Rapid deployment, internationalization, and monitoring capabilities help IER win contract with French government agencies
Foxboro, MA – March 6, 2006 – Axeda Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise software that enables manufacturers to offer high-value remote services for their products, today announced that IER, SA, has licensed Axeda® software for remote monitoring of kiosks to be deployed at Caisse Nationale d' Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés (CNAMTS), the French Social Health and Security Office. IER is a leading designer and manufacturer of self-service kiosks and ticket printing equipment.

Axeda software enables CNAMTS to gather important usage and demographic statistics from the kiosks on a daily basis to understand customer usage patterns. IER remotely monitors the kiosk to be continuously informed of power supply and printer status to increase uptime, reducing waiting times at local offices.
