Axeda User Training is a one-day course for anyone who needs to to remotely monitor, diagnose, and service devices in the field. The primary focus of the class will be the Axeda Service application. Using this application, we'll cover how to log into the applications, change your password, set your time zone, locate a device, view device data and device displays, view charts of device data, start scripts, view uploaded files, run actions on a device, and start a remote session.

User-level knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Solaris is preferred, as well as an understanding of networking.
