The remote monitoring capabilities provided by the Axeda solution allow Leica to track instrument log and error files, which support the operating integrity of the instrument. This allows Leica to minimize downtime for the customer. Through the Axeda® Access application, Leica can remotely deliver expert proactive support and run existing diagnostic applications, just as if they were on site. Deployed in hospitals and research facilities in more than 20 countries, the Axeda solution will help Leica maximize uptime and the value of the ASP300 S for their customers.
