Axeda Right Start Service 

For new Axeda customers, the Axeda Right Start Service is a standard, fixed-price package of professional services to implement your remote service solution in just eight weeks. Using Axeda best practices and a repeatable process based on years of successful implementations, the Axeda Right Start Service provides you with the skills and resources to successfully install and use your Axeda solution. Additional services are also available to accommodate your company's needs.

The Axeda Right Start Service includes three primary phases over the eight-week period to ensure that the customer, system, and solution are ready for a successful implementation:

Customer Ready
Axeda presents the Right Start process to your team and conducts a project kick-off meeting, outlining the tasks, deliverables, and commitments over the eight-week timeframe. You will then receive program best practice materials to educate your team and to help you promote your remote service initiative to your customers. During this phase, Axeda will also work with you to fill out the Axeda Solution Template and provide you with user logins to access the Axeda applications.

System Ready
During the System Ready phase, Axeda finalizes the Axeda Solution Template and configures your Axeda® Agent and on-demand system based on the template. After your configuration is completed and tested, Axeda will prepare your solution for delivery. Your solution will be equipped to support your required functionality, such as remotely accessing devices, distributing software patches to devices, collecting device information, generating alerts, and measuring uptime.

Solution Ready
During the Solution Ready phase, Axeda delivers and provides you with access to the solution via the updated Axeda on-demand system. Two days of solution review and education are provided at your company site to transfer knowledge and to train you on the features and functionality of Axeda applications and technology. After providing support to address issues and questions that come up as your team uses the solution, Axeda concludes the engagement and transitions you to the Axeda On-Demand Customer Success Program.

The Axeda On-Demand Customer Success Program includes a series of activities and a dashboard report to assist you in driving the success of your remote service initiative.
