Ideal for new Axeda customers, the Axeda Right Start Service is a standard package of consulting and implementation services to help you successfully plan, build, and deploy your remote service program. The Axeda Right Start Service combines three distinct phases with a set of defined services, deliverables, and checkpoints for maximum success. Additional services are also available to accommodate your company's needs.
Request the Axeda Professional Services for Maximum Results data sheet to learn how the Axeda Right Start Service can help you plan, build, and deploy your remote service program.
Planning Your Remote Service Program
During the Plan phase, Axeda helps you define your business goals, understand internal and external adoption requirements, and map your goals to solution requirements. Axeda conducts a joint program and solution workshop with your team to establish the high-level program requirements and goals as well as a technical specification to meet these business goals. Before moving onto the Build phase, a Planning Checkpoint ensures that the high-level goals are all represented and properly mapped to the technical specification.
Building the Solution
During the Build phase, Axeda helps you to complete your business requirements; design, develop, and deliver the solution for a single device model; install and activate the Axeda applications; configure the system; establish business rules before test and verification of the solution; transfer knowledge of the solution to your team; and prepare your organization for launch. The Launch Checkpoint provides a timeframe to review all the required materials with you and your team before proceeding onto the Deploy phase.
Deploying Your Remote Service Program
During the Deploy phase, Axeda helps you launch your remote service program, track metrics to goals, and ensure long-term program success. Axeda provides you with success coaching during the post-deployment phase and provides a mechanism for feedback during initial deployments and on the Axeda ServiceLink solution. The Program Checkpoint consists of review meetings with you that include a wrap-up meeting for Axeda Right Start Service, lessons learned, as well as the plan for future remote service releases.
