Level 4: We provide reporting and business intelligence tools to analyze the data.
Level 5: For the more advanced companies, we provide an integration framework to integrate with business systems to optimize business processes by feeding M2M data into CRM/ERP/PLM systems to enhance service, billing, sales, inventory management & product development.
Level 6: For the most progressive companies reaching the highest level, we provide M2M application services to rapidly create new innovative customer-facing applications that differentiate their offerings.

	August 2009 - M2M Magazine Value Chain Award Axeda and its customer, CareFusion won an M2M Value Chain Award for the CareFusion Remote Support Services (RSS) smart service program. 	June 2009 - M2M Magazine Pioneer Distinction Axeda president & CEO Dale Calder was honored in the annual M2M Magazine Pioneers issue.
